Counsel on all types of employment contracts including employer/employee rights and obligations, as well as assistance in drafting of employment and training contracts together with mediation services for the resolution of disputer with employees.
The Pyidaungsu Hluttaw hereby enacts this law, in accord with section 24 of the Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to protect the rights of the workers to have good relations among the workers or between the employer and the worker, and to enable to form and carry out the labour organizations systematically and Independently. This Law was enacted the 11th October 2011 and came into force on March 9,2012 prescribed by notification no.22/2012 by the President. The law is unique one because most laws do not include the enforcement date.
